You should give them an opportunity to address your complaint. After contacting the appropriate agency, you may strengthen your complaint by also reporting it to the Citizens' Committee. If you wish, you have the opportunity to report to us your experiences with the specific oversight agency you have contacted. If you need clarification to determine which agency to call, we will
be happy to provide that assistance. The Citizens' Committee records complaints
for all categories listed below. We offer assistance when and where we
